SHIPPING & DELIVERY
After placing an order, you will receive an e-mail acknowledgment. This will be followed by another e-mail once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an e-mail detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information.
ORDER TRACKING
All items are shipped directly from our Head Office or Retail Outlets. You will receive e-mail updates on the delivery status of your order. You are able to track your item from EASYSHIP and their COURIER PARTNERS by inserting the tracking number supplied. Shipping times will vary. Draslaric Group cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction. Please note that you have 30 days upon the dispatch of your order to contact us should you not receive it. If you contact us after this 30 day period, we cannot guarantee your refund.
CANCELLATIONS
You can cancel your order, for any reason, up to the moment it is processed for delivery. Once it has been processed, you cannot cancel but you may return your order. Alternatively, You can look for us at "Contact Us" on our website, or call us on +65 6994 5417 (Available Monday to Friday 10 am - 6 pm, GMT +8).
SHIPPING
We ship worldwide via our partner couriers. All services make deliveries between Monday and Friday 10 am - 6 pm. Please note that some services may not be available in all countries. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We provides free domestic shipping (Singapore) via the cheapest courier generated by our courier partner, EASYSHIP. For international shipping, delivery fee is based on the lowest price shipping option available for the item generated by EASYSHIP in your order that travels the farthest to get to you. Import duty is not included in the prices you see online. You may have to pay import duties upon receipt of your order or at a later date depending on your customs authority. While Draslaric Group ships internationally, we can determine where their goods are distributed and some items may not be available to purchase in every region.

RETURNS POLICY
You have 14 days from receiving your order to return the item. We strongly recommend that you book your free returns pick-up within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back in time. Please also note that all services are not included in our "Returns Policy" and refunds are not allowed due to the intangibility of metaphysics.
COMFORMITY
Returned items must conform to our returns policy: - Your returned item must arrive back no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that we will accept the request for refund; - We strongly recommend that you book your return pick-up within seven days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back within 14 days. Please contact customer services if you have any queries relating to this; - Please note we can only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you have returned an item from a country other than your delivery country, you might have to pay additional import duties and shipping charges; - Once we have received your return and it complies with our returns policy, we will refund or exchange for you with no additional charges required; - We strongly advise all customers to check garments thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging; - Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with their original tags. Footwear and accessories must be returned in the original boxes provided and inside a protective shipping box; - We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit; - Returned items will be refunded excluding the cost of shipping; - All authentication cards must be returned undamaged and genuine; - Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and documents provided with it; - All oil-related and customized products are non-refundable. Exchange will be applicable if the wrong item was delivered; - All oil-related products must be returned unused, unopened, with an unbroken seal and in their original packaging, otherwise, they will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES
Draslaric Group follows a stringent criteria to approve an exchange in efforts to prevent scam, imitation and intentional sabotage cases as we will be covering freight costs during an exchange. Customers requesting an exchange are to provide photo evidence for our team to verify on intentional damaging of products before approving the exchange. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to return the original item and we will send you the similar item with the correct size and/or color you requested.
REFUNDS
Draslaric Group follows a stringent criteria to approve a refund in efforts to prevent scam, imitation and intentional sabotage cases. Most approved refunds are cases of lost parcel. Once we had received your item we will refund you by your original payment method. Payments can take up to 14 working days to process. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

The currency that you shop with will be charged in SGD. You can choose the currency you want to shop in at the top right section of our Website's header. Currencies are indicative and updated daily based on the Open Exchange Rates Ltd. rates.

WHEN WILL MY CARD BE CHARGED?
If you pay by debit card or PayPal, Draslaric Group will take payment at the point your order is placed on our site. If you pay by credit card, full payment is usually taken once your order is ready for shipping, though your bank or card issuer may reserve the order amount in your account immediately.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal Cash, PayPal Cash Plus, Bank Account, PayPal Credit. All via PayPal Payment Gateway. For Singapore, special arrangement can be made for payment with PayNow and Bank Transfer. Contact us for more details. We are currently looking into more payment methods and instalment plans for an additional form of payment.
